It was very easy to sort out. And explained every step by step. If i need help it was there. And the e-mail we got were great
Everything was straightforward and easy to complete, price was clear and what you were getting in the insurance was also clear,
I recieved my insurance document as soon as I completed and asked to verify the details,
Very easy no stress quick and simple
Everything made easy to understand and fill in , and a reasonable price.
A bit expensive for my liking but I didnt have time to compare with other companies
Very easy to get started with and no complicated or confusing questions
I typed in cheapest car insurance firms, quotes were £700 to £800 and if you had a accident your voluntary was £550 to 700 plus compulsory what a rip off, and then comes Sheila's wheels full comp just over £400 and just a fraction to pay if you have a accident,, I will stay with Sheila's wheels 100% as they offer the full works from a top firm
I found the on line requirements difficult to follow, particularly near the end with getting my card to work. I would really have loved you to have a phone available with a person to answer that phone, not an on line chat.
I’m 81 years d and found the whole experience exhausting.
I would really still like a phone number that I could speak to person on if I require it. Apart from that I’m very happy with my new insurance.
It did not go through kept retuning to previous page .got fed up and purchased elsewhere .online purchase was usless
The service and how to navigate through the online application is awesome and straight forward.
Excellent service all the information needed just were it needed to be so easy to use website
I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of a simple policy amendment and the lack of resolution provided.
My wife passed her driving test on 7 July, and I contacted you to update our insurance policy from a provisional licence to a full UK driving licence. As the online amendment process did not appear to be correct, I called your customer service team for assistance.
The adviser I initially spoke with helped me and sent me a payment link for the policy amendment. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected, and I later received an email explaining that there had been technical issues and that she was unable to call me back. Despite this, I paid for the policy amendment, including the administration fee, and was advised that the change would be processed within 24 hours and that I would receive confirmation by email.
After waiting the full 24 hours, I received no confirmation and found that the policy had not been updated. I contacted your team again on 8 July and was informed that, due to the technical issues you had been experiencing, the amendment had not been processed. I was told that the payment had been refunded and that the funds would be returned to my account within 3–5 working days.
During the same call, I was advised that the system was now working correctly. The adviser attempted to process the amendment again, but despite the payment being taken from my account and showing as pending, I was once again informed that the transaction had failed. I was then sent another payment link and assured that this attempt would be successful and that I would receive confirmation on 9 July.
Today, 9 July, I contacted your team once more after receiving no confirmation email and discovering that my policy still had not been updated. Again, I was unable to receive a clear explanation as to why this had happened. I was advised that the payment would be refunded within another 3–5 working days, leaving me waiting yet again for money to be returned.
At this point, I am now over £400 out of pocket due to payments that have been taken but have not resulted in the requested policy amendment being completed. I was asked whether I wanted to try processing the amendment again, but I declined. Given what has happened repeatedly, I have no confidence that another attempt would be successful, particularly when I have received no explanation as to why the previous attempts failed or what has been done to prevent the issue from happening again.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I am now questioning whether I should cancel my policy and move to another insurer. I have received no suitable explanation, no reassurance that the issue has been resolved, and no confidence that any future attempt will be handled correctly.
I would appreciate an urgent response explaining:
Why these payments have repeatedly failed to update my policy despite funds being taken from my account.
When all three refunds will be processed and returned to my account.
How you intend to complete this policy amendment without requiring me to risk further payments.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Reasonable price and easy to sign up
I got a renewal quote from my insurance company and I had to look twice. Went on a comparisons site and was lead to Sheilas Wheels. The quote was more than half of my renewal quote for the same amount of cover.
I haven't received my insurance certificate
The process was quick and straight forward
Quick easy and hassle free would recommend to anyone
