We’ve been around since 2005, and a lot has changed since then, we not only insure your car but also your home and holidays. Did you know kids who permanently live with you go free on all our travel policies? Up to the age of 22 if they’re in fulltime education! Oh, and our biggest kept secret it that we insure men on all our insurance products, and always have done!

I have just taken out a policy

I have just taken out a policy. It says to send proof of NCD. There is link to do this but the e mails keep bouncing back as undelivered. It is difficult to find a way of contacting Sheilaghs Wherls to query this.

Review???

How can I review a service and policy that hasn't started yet?
So far, not impressed that in the t's and c's, every single alteration or change to your policy will be charged additionally, anywhere from £15 north.
As a previous customer who had always received good customer service, it appears that during that interim period, Sheila's wheels business model has changed somewhat.
Hoping and praying I won't need to change any element of my policy during the next 13 months.
As for standard of customer service, that remains to be seen.

I wanted to make changes in my policy…

I wanted to make changes in my policy but the agency is not very helpful. I have been having problems in contacting them and they don’t give appropriate solutions via chat as well.

What Dyslexia, this was the easiest online form ever.

The price was a little more but received more cover than the others plus I these guys were open to set up and pay online at silly o clock as I had forgot my old cover had ran out so I panicked. But these guys came up trumps. After all the usual questions it was an easy process. Emails arrived app and then I had to confirm.
I suffer from Dyslexia and ADHD and I literally didn’t have any issues not one from start to finish. I wish everything was this easy.
Highly recommended from someone with issues like mine.

I was horrified with my old insurers…

I was horrified with my old insurers new quote especially when I have another vehicle insured with them and have only ever claimed 2 windscreens! It was close to double last years quote. Sheila’s Wheels application was quick and easy to complete on line and more importantly much, much cheaper! Thank you
