I can't recommend Laurel Johnson highly enough. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure my clients mortgage case reached completion. Transfer out to linked account hasn't happened after 3 days. Request made on a Saturday. Monday and still nothing. Very worrying. Customer services offer standard platitudes. Am trying to move out of Shawbrook due to poor interest rates. Existing customers beware you could probably do better elsewhere, they don't reward loyalty and blatantly favour new customers over existing.
Re Shawbrook response:- Nothing to discuss here Shawbrook. The issues I have raised are long standing and have been submitted by subscribers many times before. You choose not to do anything about them, so be it. I have nothing to add.

Very good customer service and it’s nice to be able to speak to a knowledgeable person rather than a machine.
