They delayed an ISA transfer to another…
They delayed an ISA transfer to another provider in my view quite deliberately. The rules permit banks 15 days to transfer ISA but most banks will do it more quickly and pay interest to the account holder whilst it's processing but not Shawbrook who sat on the funds as long as possible and paid 0.10% whilst no doubt they earned the interest on my deposit for themselves. Very sharp practice and I won't be saving with them again.
