0.1% p.a. ISA holding account
Over one week before the maturity date of my 1-year fixed-rate ISA, I instructed Shawbrook to transfer the funds to another provider on the maturity date.
Two days after maturity, I was notified that they had received my request and would now start the transfer process, which they said could take up to 15 working days and that in the meantime, my matured funds would be held in an account paying 0.1% p.a.
This effectively reduces the advertised 4.3% p.a. return to around 4.13% if the full transfer period is taken.
I will refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service if it is not resolved and will be very aware in future when considering Shawbrook products.

Genuine and contactable
Overall a good experience, also available on the phone if needed.
Slightly confused or unsure of the process online but given my age, lack of regular online useage and general Mr Grumpy when things arn't instant, this all went rather smoothly.

Website easy to use and clear. Had a great competitive interest rate when I first opened account, Not so good now. I do always look around for best rates when ISA matures and have been tempted to move.
