It all seems to work very smoothly and the website is easy to navigate.
They claim to have an online facility to move money but it has never worked for me. (That is the only thing stopping 5 stars).

Not quick to find statements
On the whole, I’m happy with Shawbrook but I did find it time consuming to find my interest statements as I have 3 accounts & the statements were all lumped together with no way to know to which account they referred, until downloaded & opened.

Shawbrook always keep you up to date advising when savings are due to mature. I deal with my savings online and find Shawbrook's website easy to use. Takes out the stress of phone calls

Rule Change
My experience with Shawbrook has been generally very good.except for one incident which I was disappointed with.
The rule of putting matured accounts of which no maturity instructions have been given into minimal interest accounts.
My wife passed away just before her account was due to mature, I at the time knew nothing about this until her estate was sorted. This proved to be quite complicated and took the solicitor over one year to complete,all this time my wife's account was stuck in a minimal interest accounts and no one could touch it.
I think in certain cases this rule should changed

Great experience saving with Shawbrook
Great experience saving with Shawbrook. I’ve had accounts with them for a few years now. I like the fixed rate cash ISA’s with monthly interest paid into my account. Works really well for me and easy to switch to the next fixed one online when its term has finished.
