Rates
I wanted to transfer my old isa to one of your new issues which I did But the when I went to buy my new isa the rate was slightly better. I asked if my old isa's could be transferred to the new rate but nobody replied to my request and the isa's stayed at the old rate. Dissapoited in customer relations.
