Faulty goods that you can’t complain about!!
In February 2026 I bought a double duvet from Seventhstitch. It seemed ok, although I didn’t examine every seam whenever I changed the cover. However, I recently changed the duvet because of the hot weather and noticed that one of the inner seams had never been sewn and so was open and there was piece of sticky tape near it highlighting a flaw in the fabric with a hole in it. Three months had passed since I bought it, but I still wanted to bring this to the company’s attention. However, the phone number on their website site is not recognised and I have not received a response to my three emails with photographs of the flaws.
I can only assume by reading other reviews that they operate by selling substandard goods hoping that customers won’t notice and even if they do, the company can’t be contacted anyway!!

Goods not as described - beware!
I purchased what the seller listed as: "EXTRA DEEP FITTED SHEET 600 THREAD COUNT 100% EGYPTIAN COTTON" on eBay. When it arrived, not only was it NOT cotton but 100% polyester, it was also poorly made/finished with fraying seams. I contacted the seller pointing out that I had not received the item I ordered and therefore wished a full refund. They initially claimed "We have never received this complaint before" and offered me a 35% refund. I responded by stating that there were numerous identical complaints both on this platform and eBay, so they were basically lying to me! They then agreed to refund in full on return of the sheet (probably wanted the evidence of their duplicity back!). Looking at their feedback, it appears that much of what they sell is falsely advertised/described. I'm surprised Trading Standards haven't shut them down!

I waited two weeks for an item that was…
I waited two weeks for an item that was supposed to take 48 hours to deliver.
Complained by by email with no answer for a week. The phone number given does not work.
When I finally received a reply they said I had given the wrong address and to check it. Which I did and I had not given the wrong address. Awful service. Don’t buy from them. I still have not received my item.

They are con artists. I ordered an Egyptian cotton fitted sheet. I’ve have numerous over the years and this one is definitely not cotton. It’s cheap and shiny unlike cotton. You can’t return it as all prices are reduced so classed as sale items. Do not buy from them.

Definitely worth the money
There are literally loads of these mattress toppers to choose from. I decided on this one from the so many good reviews. I can agree the quality is really good. I'm sleeping so much better since using my mattress topper from Seventhstitch. Delivery was super fast too. Ordered on Saturday, delivered Monday. Can't ask for more than that! Poor customer service
I received a fitted sheet in a timely fashion but the quality was not what I expected. I returned the item (at my own
Cost) and asked for a refund as per the Refund Policy. I have not had a refund and no response to my emails. I am a very unhappy customer and would not recommend buying from this company.

Stay away from this site
Stay away from this site, or be ready to be scammed. The Luxury Hotel Quality 400TC Extra Deep 40cm Fitted Sheet 100% Egyptian Cotton is a vulgar polyesther satin fitted sheet which desintegrated when I ironed it on a low setting. They even had the sheer audacity to stitch the 100% cotton tag to the synthetic fabric. Quite unbelievable!
The help email does not work, clearly they know they are in the wrong.

Lovely warm well made duvet
Delivery was on time. The 15 tog king size duvet which is for when we go to our caravan is absolutely brilliant, kept us lovely and warm during these cold nights. Would definitely buy duvets from Seventhstitch again. The quality is very good.
