Item not delivered or trackable four working days after order placed. No response received to emails sent

My parcel has not been delivered. I thought it would have been here by now. Do you know where it is.

Please do not order from this company!

I ordered a ‘deep’ fitting mattress protector for my super-king sized bed. When fitting it for the first time, the skirting complexly laddered up the side like a pair of tights, there was faulty, poorly stitched seems in odd places, like the middle of the sheet and it didn’t fit the mattress as it wasn’t deep fitting at all. The sizes of the mattress protector are completely off and the quality is shocking to say the least. Customer service offered me 30% refund, then 50% refund for an item that is defective and not fit for purpose. I requested a full refund and wanted to send the item back as it is of no use to me!! They are now ignoring my emails, so I will have to contact my bank to try and remover the money. You would be better saving your money and buying form a reputable and high quality company- lesson learnt!

My mattress topper was delivered to the wrong address evri admitted it was their fault but the response i got from this company was none nothing at all poor poor service from such a big company one email would of been appreciated.

Shocking quality! Sold as Egyptian cotton when in fact it’s the cheapest quality I’ve come across! Over priced for what is advertised! Do not trust this company! Headache sending back and getting a refund! Delivery was a joke to add insult to injury.

Rather disappointing, the mattress topper was not as shown in the video. The video shows the topper as having a waffle type material on the underside and certainly not as padded as shown, it is very flimsy and more like a duvet than a mattress topper.

Ordered a 10 inch mattress topper which was supposedly delivered within 48 hours. They provided proof of delivery when I complained which was not me or my doorstep and failed to do anything about it. I had to contact Evri but they told me to go back to supplier. No support or contact from them to rectify with replacement or refund so had to go through my bank. Useless customer service. Beware of their ignorance in this matter

TOO SMALL FOR MY BED!!
Irregular quilting, lumpy and bumpy, very thin at the ends. Pics very misleading.
They agreed to refund when I return it but still have to pay for the return which I am very upset about as it is effectively FAULTY and not fit for purpose

The sheets are good value with faint stripes and have a nice satin feel to them. Downgraded to three stars because Evri didn't come on the day or time specified.

Ordered a double luxury topper, said to be delivered within 48 hours, have extra deep filling and be 10cm thick, and 137x190 cm.

It took 5 days to deliver, not 48 hours. It is not 10 cm thick, it is 5 - 6 cm thick at the most in some spots. Most of it is even thinner. The sizes are not as advertised either: it is much smaller than my double mattress. I measured it, it's 180 cm long-not 190 as advertised. It is a cheap product and that is exactly what you are getting.

Ordered duvet set, received but didn't like - very poor quality. They offered me 25% discount which I rejected and then 50% discount- also rejected as I would never use the item. No returns label provided, they just gave me an address to return it to and advised me to send copy of proof of postage.
I returned via tracked post and as soon as tracking showed it had been delivered I contacted them with a copy of my post office receipt. However, one digit of the postcode was incorrect on the receipt (last letter) but the parcel had been labelled correctly. They picked up on this and said they never received it! The post office confirmed that it was sent to the correct address, delivery people don’t just use postcode- they read the actual address! Postcode is for delivery office to direct to right area/street. Last letter of postcode is usually which side or end of street.
This company were definitely trying it on! When I pointed out re postcodes they finally sent me a refund!

Disappointed with the mattress topper. Video shows a thick firm topper which mine certainly isn't.

Just purchased a double mattress topper, unwrapped it and put it on top of the spare bed for 3 days, put it on my bed wasn’t 4” thick more like less than half an inch thick, makes no difference what so ever, waste of money, can’t be bothered trying to repackage it and the hassle of begging to return it. Please don’t believe this rubbish they lie about 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Fast service excellent product true to description fabulous product

This topper has made such a difference to my new hard mattress. It’s now very comfy and cosy. Excellent value too.
