Avoid SEVENSTORE. Terrible Customer Service
Avoid SEVENSTORE. They delivered my order to the wrong address. When I reported it, they falsely accused me of making a fraudulent claim. They then admitted their tracking data was completely wrong and made a mistake.
After all this, they ignored my request for a refund and forced an unauthorised replacement order on me. Incredibly, their courier delivered that to the wrong address too.
Shocking customer service. I have been forced to escalate this to a bank dispute to get my money back. Shop elsewhere.
