My return was marked as received a month ago. I still have not been refunded. I wrote 11 days ago and was told to wait 14 days for refund to apply, but that they have received my return. I wrote again today and they said they have never received the return. I am waiting a month for my refund. Not impressed by any part of the ordering and return process, had I not chased multiple times I would be out of £200.

Wad sent the wrong item, was an app glitch, had to reorder and return which was fine. Was looked after by isssy who was very kind and helpful. Never had any issues with this company, products always great and trainers come double boxed too which is amazing

Like others on here, I ordered a pair of Adidas ZX8000 on release day and was pleased to receive a package the next day. It turned out I had the wrong colour trainers and after some digging I found that Sevenstore had the wrong product number on their website meaning people were sent the wrong ones.
I contacted Sevenstore and asked for an exchange but was told I would have to return them for a refund and then re-order them. This felt disappointing given this was a mistake by Sevenstore.
I started the returns process but saw it said it would deduct £2 from my return which was unacceptable in the circumstances. I contacted Sevenstore again who arranged a DPD collection. I was told I would receive an hour time slot for the following day.
I never received a time slot and fortunately was home when DPD came as I didn't intend on waiting in all day for them with my children during the school holidays.
The DPD driver told me that it had my address as the return address but he took them anyway. I contacted Sevenstore again and asked if the trainers were definitely being returned to them. I did not receive a reply.
Five days later and the DPD tracking has not updated. It still shows my address as the delivery address. I contacted Sevenstore again and this time I had my refund processed.
Really disappointing experience with Sevenstore on this occasion, especially given it was their error that caused me (and others) to be sent the wrong trainers.
I was offered a 15% discount as an apology but this felt miserly given this discount is commonly available through discount partnership schemes. I won't be ordering a replacement pair through Sevenstore and the way the returns process was dragged out has put me off using them again. Would have liked to see them take instant ownership and sent out returns labels without wronged customers having to chase them. An instant exchange would have also been a good idea given that some trainers sell out close to release.

I’m sure this isn’t everyone’s experience.
They delivered the wrong colour way of trainer. They emailed to acknowledge their mistake.
I returned the trainers, due to their system they could only exchange for a different size not the correct style I ordered.
I emailed them to confirm there would be no charge for the return (they don’t offer free returns) they confirmed as it was their mistake there would be no charge.
Just received my refund through PayPal and they have deducted an amount for the cost of the return.
Have emailed them but it seems another company that’s stuck with their system and there’s no way to deviate from the system.
Delivery was quick, as was the refund after they received the trainers back, they acknowledged their mistake quickly, offered 15% off my next order but once bitten twice shy.
I could reorder the shoes but I’m a bit of a sneakerhead and like a lot I’ve got they were pretty much an impulse buy, the moment has passed.
