I got through on the phone to a very helpful lady who immediately understood my request to remove an old email address from all the Scottish Power systems that I had not been able to delete.
She was efficient and it was all done in about 5 minutes.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and polite and rectified the problem in the 45 minute call.
However, the fact is that I had to call again after a previous 40 minute call when my electricity should have been reconnected and one week later still was not.

The service has always been of high quality. This is evident, as I've been a customer for over 10 years.

The new system isnt as good as the old one.

Good company , but could improve its power saver rates and sort out annoying discrepancies in the app.
Can send meter reading monthly so balance can be managed.

Could not get through on the app, but excellent service from the female advisor on the telephone.

Had a problem with the electricity paymrny not working in my app this was sorted and the address problem ive had for years was sorted too. Lady was amazing and sorted my stress out and paid my electricity and gas through the same app.

Really like how supportive they are. I have mental difficulties and they always try help me out with whatever I need and try find me the cheapest deal on a fixed price plan.
