Answered call relatively quickly compared to other centres. Dealt with my request profesionally/efficiently.
Quick response to phone enquiry, knowledge of subject was good, details of new 12 month fixed rate contract was emailed to me.
Took a long time to respond on both occasions. Was repaired on 1st occasion but happened again and they very slow to respond. Only got repaired after I made an official complaint.
Unable to speak to a person to help select my tariff for the year. Very disappointed.
I have just switched utility suppliers and have found Scottish Power to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable following the phone call. I have been able to submit meter readings easily and have booked a smart meter appointment.
very easy to use site & personnel, all tariffs a re listed and explained , other suppliers are only just beginning to catch up with them , it's taken long enough!
The young lady Abi answered my call put me at ease right away explained everything I asked about especially regarding my refund and advising me of my charge for my upcoming bill in August being reduced she is a credit to the company
