I have just purchased a car from Savannah cars and was well looked after by the lovely Antonio . Prior to my driving quite a distance , from near Brighton , to the dealership , we exchanged a lot of WhatsApp messages ,and I always received a prompt reply to my questions . On the day , Antonio was there to greet me in person. I was given ample time to look around the car and take it for a test drive and didn't feel rushed or pressured . The car was as described and beautifully valeted . Also , prior to coming up we negotiated on the price and the value of my trade in and I feel I was treated fairly . There were other nice little touches too . All in all , I am glad I chose to buy my car from this honest and friendly dealership and am happy to recommend them. I had a great experience with Savannah Cars, especially dealing with Scott. This was my first time ever buying a car remotely and my first time having a car delivered.

Despite the fact I changed the structure of the deal at the 11th hour (from cash purchase to part-ex) Scott made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was exactly as described, and the delivery went smoothly (thanks to AK the delivery driver)

Excellent service from Scott and the whole team today. Spoke yesterday about doing a trade against one of their cars and just over 24 hours later we drove off very happy. The car had been valeted, paperwork done and the cash back on our trade in was in the bank before we left. Very professional, friendly old school service, highly recommended and many thanks.

I started my experience with Antonio by phoning and booking my appointment, he didn’t pressure me with the usual “someone’s applying for finance on this car” or dodgy sales tactics. I attended my appointment and was shown round by both Scott who was very clear and concise. Ian assisted me with securing a finance deal which was incredible for my age and credit score. I can’t express how good savannah card service is and would recommend them highly to anyone who was looking!

Both Scott and Antonio gave me a very impressionable and positive experience with my transaction. They were transparent and excellent at communication. There was an issue with one of the tires and it was dealt with both quickly and fairly without any hesitation.

Scott makes you feel very welcome and easy to speak with over the phone, with couple small niggly issues on the car when testing the car. Once back at the office it was dealt with very swiftly by the team, what an incredible service I have to say. I will keep them in mind for cars in the near future
