This is actually the second car I have…

This is actually the second car I have purchased from ZG Prestige. My first purchase from them was fine, which is why I trusted them and returned to buy another vehicle.

However, my recent purchase of a Tesla Model 3 Long Range has been very disappointing. The vehicle was advertised as including Full Self Driving (£6,800), which was a key reason I chose it.

After collecting the car, I discovered it only has standard Autopilot, meaning the vehicle does not match the specification it was advertised with.

I have contacted the dealership multiple times asking for the advertised feature to be activated or for a resolution, but communication has been extremely slow and the issue remains unresolved.

They were very quick to respond during the sales process, but once the sale was completed it has been very difficult to get any meaningful response regarding the problem.

I also noticed screws missing from the plastic trim holding the seat together, which raises concerns about the vehicle preparation before sale.

I even contacted The Motor Ombudsman, who confirmed the business is not accredited, despite their website displaying the Motor Ombudsman logo.

I trusted this dealership because of my previous experience, but unfortunately this time it feels like once the car was sold, the customer service disappeared. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to carefully check the vehicle specification and condition before buying.

Avoid this shambles of a company

Avoid this shambles of a company. Purchased a Ford Kuga SN65 ESH from these which nearly resulted in my wife and son nearly been killed. Bought the car from Seth there sales rep if that was his real name. After agreeing to buy the car i noticed on the MOT there’s was a few concerning monitor and repair if necessary advisories on the last MOT certificate so i told him i no longer wanted the car as it was for my family but he reassured me they had all been fixed and would show me proof the day i turned up. On collection of the car it was his day off and the other sale reps there couldn’t find the receipts i was promised but again was reassured that the problems had been fixed. I had made the journey to Bolton and already signed for the car so i took there word for it after reading all the glowing reviews. What a silly mistake. Within a few weeks my wife was driving in the fast lane of the motorway with my son in the car and the car went into limp mode. She panicked but lucky for them the motor way was not busy so she managed to get the car to the hard shoulder. Contacted them to take the car back which they refused and wouldn’t even find me a garage to carry out the repairs. Took the car to fords to find out the coolant was leaking which i was told had been fixed in the end then when it came time to pay for the work carried out they blocked my wife from contacting them by phone. After many calls and emails ignored my car was stuck in the fords garage. Finally Dev sorted out the payment. I thought that was the end of my problems but then my car was making a funny noise so took it into a local garage after been advised to do so by the warranty people as well no longer had any contact of the showroom they completely ignored and blocked us. They was no better making us wait 30 days for response then refusing to pay for works that needed carrying out. Fast forward to today and i have spent over £1200 fixing all the repairs needed to make the car safe to drive and still has a oil leak and a few more advisories most of which should of been covered by my warranty. My cars only been on the road for 8 out of the last 11 months due to been messed around. Both show room and warranty are a disgrace. I wouldn’t believe a word they say. Appalled by there treatment so i have logged a compliant with the finance company. This has caused my family so much stress.

Great experience

Saw the car , Mini Cooper SE electric on Piston Heads on Friday, looked on their website and live chat popped up, this was 9-30 at night so I asked a question and got an instant answer. Spoke with Adam on Saturday morning and arranged a test drive. We got there within the hour and the car was there waiting for us. Took it for a drive, did the deal and on Monday, the car was delivered by Abdul who took the time to go through the paperwork and explain the controls. Both Adam & Abdul were a credit to their company. Can’t recommend them highly enough, nothing was too much trouble

ZG Prestige a trusted & Reliable Dealer

We have purchased 2 cars from ZG Prestige and the customer service we as a family have received has been above and beyond. We got a A5 for my Hudband and a A4 for our daughter. Both Black additions and both relatively the same ish colour. We spotted the A4 when we went to pick up our A5 thats when my daughter fell in love with it. For customers its very easy to fixate on the negatives, but here we only have positives. everything was made easy and there was no lack in communication between all the lads in the office either, eachone were on the same page as we all were..

Im very grateful for Adam who kept me updated on things, (and i apologise for turning up late for the collection as i missed the opportunity of meeting him face to face). Equally thankful to Saif for completing Adams sale with me. (Even though we didnt get the chance to test drive the car due to time limit). We're thankful to Mo who stepped in when Adam was unavailable and out of the office.

Were really grateful for Dev who gave us the great suggestion on using ZUTO for my daughters finance when car money and evolution funding turned out to be a disaster. We were advised that the car would be deliverer on the 14th or 15th but to great surprise the team had the A4 ready for drop off on 12th.

At this point I received a text in the morning advising they could deliver the car, so i decided to keep it a secret to surprise our daughter. In the afternoon I received a text from the driver Anjam advising of his ETA. I had advised him it was a secret and told him of the plan. Upon arrival he surprised my daughter handing her the keys (we will never forget the expression). It was such a pleasure to meet Anjam, he's such a humble lad, very well mannered and professional, I would only run out of words praising him. he arrived at 5.30pm keeping me up-to-date with his arrival time though out. Anjam left at 8pm and not once did he rush us or himself. I got the chance tp speak to his manager Taha, and what a pleasant chat it was. Great sense of humour and great banter your a right G..

This dealership honestly is all hands on you may gets the minor delays here and there but that goes to show how busy amd dedicated they all are.

Again thank you once again to Anjam the best driver there, Taha the best person to barter with, Adam the best salesman and Dev the best man with best ideas. We are so pleased with our cars and the features, that everyday we learn something new about the cars.

You guys smashed it and make the best team ever. Wish you all at ZG Prestige the very best. 👌🏽 👍🏼 👌🏽
