Excellent customer service but faulty product
From the outset I was very impressed by the speed of delivery and customer service. Unfortunately after installation the component failed within a few days. However, once again the customer service was excellent and speedy delivery helped a lot.

I was delighted to discover that Sangamo Time switches are still available.
My father gave me two second-hand Sangamo time switches seventy years ago, and until May this year one of them had been in service in my house these past thirty-four years controlling garden lighting. In seeking a replacement - and with hope (albeit low expectation) that Sangamo might still be trading after all these years - I 'Googled' the name and was delighted to note that it is! The appearance of my new Sangamo Q554 time-switch is almost an exact replica of my old models, but the technology clearly takes advantage of engineering progress over the intervening years.
In placing my order I received a 10% discount on the ex-VAT price, and free postage. I placed the order on May 22nd and delivery was made just two days later.
The new switch was accompanied by a clear, two-page Installation and User Instruction sheet, together with a 3-year guarantee.

Quickly resolved issues with product
I ordered six eTRV's from Sangamo because they were cheaper than elsewhere and had more subdued branding on the items. They were delivered extremely quickly. Unfortunately, some of them did not work properly (the radiator valves were not being closed), but Sangamo quickly obtained and supplied "penny spacers" from the original manufacturer that fixed the issue. Excellent support.
