I find it amazing that a product originally installed over 25 years ago can so easily be replaced.
Broken timer removed, order placed for refurbed unit that night, acknowledged next day and delivered AT NO COST by Fedex the next day!!!!! New unit slotted right in and working within 5 minutes!!!!!!
All with great communication to keep me updated!!!!

I enquired about the availabilty of a Solar Dial (only) for a certain Zone. Girl on phone straight away explained that zones are derived from postcode. Very helpful & pleasant (genuine - not stick-on plastic smile type).

On the basis of the info., I ordered a dial on line. It was mid afternoon. The dial arrived, superbly packed the following morning!!

Brilliant service all round. Such a change in this day and age. If you can trace who took my call - give her a big cigar !!!! Ermmmmm ?

24/7 timer switch easy to fit and use. Great product.

Thanks to Sangamo and especially to Jim who listened to my tale and immediately agreed to send the switch controler I needed to FRANCE, and at no extra cost. What's more it arrived a couple of days later which was most remarkable, so much so that I haven't had time to fit it yet. Oh yes, what does Sangamo mean? Is it a tributary of Spango Valley. Best Wishes.

I contacted Sangamo about an obsolete time clock and within seconds I had the number of an equivalent replacement. I ordered
the clock and was told that it took up to seven days delivery but it arrived two days later. I would strongly recommend this company
from the experience I have had. Polite staff,informed technical
department and efficient dispatch and delivery.

Looked at the website to find a replacement for an old timer switch. Found what was needed, ordered, paid & item speedily delivered. New item fitted promptly and working perfectly, couldn't ask for more.

I normally buy Sangamo through wholesalers, but was recently let down. I therefore tried the online store and was amazed at the reliability. The emailed status reports can be relied upon and are not just blather. I have rarely found a better service! Full marks!!!
