They dealt with my issue quickly, explained everything clearly on the way, making sure I understood my options and got me a proposal that fit my situation. The staff, especially Helen Tan, were very thorough, helpful, efficient and understanding at every stage of the process.

They helped to be able to pay off debts I thought I would be paying until the day I died(which is bad considering I’m only 30) within 5 years at a rate that I can afford! All the staff I talked with were super friendly, understanding, supportive and I never felt judged or embarrassed at all about my debts.
