This is a practice our family has used for over 25 years. There is always a highly professional physician available for consultation, and I have used Same Day Doctor as my primary care office for decades. Prescriptions, prescription refills, blood work, exams, referrals for tests, xrays, mammograms, routine and travel vaccinations -- all are handled with care, and all our records are kept in the same, reliable place. Highly recommend.

I have used the medical team at SameDayDr for over the last 15 years and I have been continually happy with the attention and treatment received. I use a private service for speed, efficiency, reliability and access to the very best medical care. Dr Gerlis and his team provide a premium client experience, and particularly recommend Dr Sarah Al-Termini who is amazing, whether it be a routine issue or an emergency one (like I had a couple of years ago), I have full confidence in the team. The receptionist team is also one of the most efficient I have ever experienced! I would never consider going back to a NHS GP due to the lack of availability and waiting times, plus I have lived abroad, so coming back to London and being able to receive first class health care is a top priority for me. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Avoid at all costs!! While sitting in front of the doctor I was told clinic is out of stock for the vaccine I came for but "staff is on the phone right now looking for one from a pharmacy somewhere in London." No explanation for why staff didn't advise me prior to my arrival so I could have gone elsewhere. I was treated with contempt for even raising a fuss. Extremely arrogant and humiliating customer service. If staff is not replaced promptly, strongly recommend to board up the place.

I needed a medical certificate quickly for a visa I'm applying for. Samedaydoctor were super quick at responding, very helpful and got this done for me very quickly. Would not be able to fault the service at all. The cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but for the service received, I think it was fair.

I am extremely happy with how i was dealt with at surgery. Both Doctor and receptionist were excellent
