Well laid out web page easy to book. Appointment very quick. Received a warm friendly welcome on arrival. Procedure very professional and informative. No issues at moment, In the past when I have had the ears syringed they blocked up again in a matter of weeks. I would fully recommend to anyone who has regular issues with their hearing.

Assessed what was needed and gave clear…
Steve assessed what was needed and gave clear explanations throughout the process.
In addition…I do a round trip of 36 miles for the provision of ear care/wax removal. The setup - equipment and service is excellent. I discovered this practice for my elderly parents who have attended regularly.
Steve and Becky have both been very helpful over the past few years.

What a brilliant experience
What a brilliant experience, I went in with very poor hearing which I have suffered with for years, and came out after a painless procedure hearing the birds singing and most importantly join in with conversations without struggling to hear.
Would recommend to anyone.
