Sahara BBQ emergency!
We recently opened up our Sahara BBQ after using it last summer, it had all been cleaned down and safely weatherproofed for the winter, however, we noticed that the bamboo trays were unfortunately covered in mould that had penetrated the wood and I was concerned about serving food from them going forwards. I contacted customer support and they were amazing, very quickly sorting this out and sending over new trays to replace the mouldy ones free of charge. Great communication from the get go and we are so pleased with the result. We will be sure to take the bamboo trays in at the end of this summer to ensure there are no repeat issues this year!
I really can't promise the customer service enough! Amazing!

The barbecue arrived very well…
The barbecue arrived very well packaged, however I did not have time to assemble before going away. I have assembled now and note that, despite the packaging the 'sink had a slight dent making it difficult to insert the drip tray below.

Great quality BBQ!
Saw the S350 BBQ in a local garden centre and knew we needed to get one! Easy to order online through the website and I ordered a fitted cover.
It arrived in a huge 50kg box but was fairly easy to assemble by my husband and myself in about 2 hours including getting everything out of the box.
The cover was in the box and is fantastic quality.
Just need some good weather but I know we'll be using it a lot! Great product and service!

Great BBQ
I am very pleased with the S350 barbecue. I saw the BBQ at a local garden centre and was impressed with the quality and price. The purchase has been wholly satisfactory. The Sahara website is great, the purchase process was straightforward and the delivery by a local pallet company was excellent. The BBQ was easy to build and the accompanying documentation was clearly written. I have tested the BBQ and for the price the quality is exceptional, better in fact than the more expensive model from another company that it replaced. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
