Saga customer relations department are exemplary
I have been retired for sometime, and haven’t been able to access Internet technology and find it easier to talk to somebody on the phone.
Saga personnel listen to me, and they were able to help me to renew my insurance policy over the phone.

Saga has just insured my holiday for a most competitive price. They ask questions which seem relevant to the situation. Of course, the proof of the pudding lies in the eating thereof… I could possibly have problems should I need to make a claim. At present though, I am impressed.

Online quote and ultimate policy documents easy and price for my car insurance renewal was very considerably cheaper, and for more comprehensive cover, than wanted by my well-known existing insurer.

Saga has slways good for me but…
Saga has always been good for me but unfortunately my very recent experience was very disappointing.
I couldn't understand what the person was saying who was selling me the policy.
I asked about if I needed to claim what was needed and how I go about it! they didn't know???
So they were selling a contents policy and they didn't know the correct information to advise the customer how to claim.
Doesn't make sense, after a very long time on the phone I asked to be put through to claims directly.
They were very easy to undestand and extremely helpful.

Maybe not the cheapest but quite easy to get the insurance online I would recommend them. They came in a little bit cheaper than go compare money supermarket you switch.
