Jimmy: Customer First Manager

I had a flat tyre on my bike on a Samsö tour and was extremely frustrated. The only place nearby was a campsite and at the reception we met the manager Jimmy and were immediately overwhelmed by his extraordinary helpfulness and friendliness. He phoned around for a long time to get me a new bike, with success. And then we tried the coffee from his super machine, which was excellent. We spontaneously decided to take a look at the campsite, which is beautiful and surrounded by greenery. There are lovely isolated tent pitches and so we can definitely recommend a visit to this great site.
