Written by the company

Travel Synch helps air passengers skip the queues and start their journey with less stress. We provide online booking for airport fast track security lanes, airport check-in assistance, and lounge access across major European airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Madrid Barajas, and Rome Fiumicino. Our service is built for travellers who value their time. Instead of navigating airport websites, comparing terminal-specific options, and hoping the booking goes through, you pick your airport, pick your date, and we handle the confirmation. You receive your digital pass by email, ready to present at the airport. We work with established airport service partners to deliver bookings reliably. Every purchase is backed by a clear refund policy, responsive customer support, and secure payment processing through trusted European payment providers. Travel Synch is operated by Bloomback Ltd., and serves customers across the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, and the wider European Union. Our team is based in Lisbon, with operational support in London and Paris. We are building a travel service company we would want to use ourselves — transparent pricing, no hidden subscription traps, human support when something goes wrong, and the reliability you expect when your flight leaves in three hours.

SCAM purchase of Fastrack tickets with further unauthorised charges made against my Bank!!!

I purchased two Fastrack tickets last week for a trip through a French airport, was charged €20 for a price of a €12 pass (which was faulty as it recorded the request against the wrong Terminal and the wrong Airline. On top of which there was a further unauthorised charge against my account of €79 which was totally done without my knowledge. Just be so careful, deal directly with the airport for their services. This is a huge scam, Banks should have this website blocked.

WHAT HAPPENED:
3 days after I had purchased Fast Track tickets for €24 - which did not come in time so I could not use them at the airport - this scam company tried to take another €75 from my account!!!

I wasn't even on their website

Ironically I was talking to thier customer service team about getting a refund when they tried to take more money from me.

Scammers

Scammers, they hide fees that are charged days after and they are not willing to refund them, I had to talk with my bank to get the money refunded by those hidden charges.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. As previous reviewers all I wanted was 2 fast track passes.
3 days later they're trying to take £79 off me as apparently I'd signed up to some ongoing service.
I had no knowledge of this. I have requested a refund but they claim you only have 3 days to cancel this.
I paid on the 27th, today is the 30th. By my maths that's 3 days.
They are still refusing to reimburse me.
My advice: I strongly recommend you have nothing to do with this company. It's a scam, simple as that.

Scammer

Paid to use fast track service at airport for two people which should have been £18. Two days later this absolute scam of a company took £71 from my account. They don’t care about you. All they do is mislead you and take your hard earned money. I’ll be taking this further.

SCAM WARNING.

SCAM WARNING.

I paid for two fast-track services from this company, and just one week later £71 was taken from my account without my clear consent. This appears to be linked to a hidden “free trial” subscription that was not made obvious at the point of purchase.

For the record, I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing subscription.

I find it unacceptable that companies can operate in this way, relying on unclear terms and buried conditions to take further payments. I am now taking this further under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will also be filing a complaint with Citizens Advice and reporting this to Action Fraud.

I strongly urge others to be cautious and avoid this company.
