Amazing so comfy I would buy a million if I could

Such a great company to deal with. Ordered the wrong size. Contacted customer service. Given a number of options to either exchange or be refunded. I chose to go to the store in Cardiff for an exchange and absolutely no issues at all. In and out in under 5 mins. The top I bought was great as well. Highly recommend this company

I ordered a pair of ASICS Novablast 5 men’s running shoes cost £135. The order was processed quickly and posted with tracking info. The purchase and delivery was as expected.
Unfortunately, I only ran three times in them and then had to rest due to an injury. I’d noticed at this point that one of the four seams on the top was not stitched as tight as the other three and as a result the internal white foam was exposed about 5mm. Not only that but one of the shoes was creaking when I walked (although it’s currently stopped).
I videoed the creaking and photographed the seam and sent them to Rugby Heaven. In turn they asked me to post them back to them for “inspection”.
After inspection Rugby Heaven said “We dont believe the noise is the fault of the shoes, I am afraid” and “The issue you're referring to with the fluff isnt a fault of the shoes I am afraid”. They went on to say that they had checked various boxes at their end and that’s how they make the shoes. So despite three of the four seams not exposing the internal foam apparently the seam is a design of the shoe.
As a result they stated the shoe was fine and sent them back to me.
I’ve kept this review to facts as they happened. So I’d guess that if you would be happy paying £135 for a shoe that creeks and has one seam with exposed foam, Rugby Heaven is the company for you. If like me you feel this is poor customer service and not the standard I’d expect from a decent company, probably best to shop elsewhere.

Delivered products on time. Products how they were described. Good value for money. Would use again.

Bit pricey. But good quality.

Being very tall a carrying a bit of extra beef I needed a big size so to see it stocked was a big plus. The delivery was made well within the time stated which was good too so all in all very satisfied.
The challenge for Rugby Heaven now is to push the manufacturer into creating big sizes of all the Lions T-shirts, polo shirts and tops so we can support the team properly

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rugby Heaven for years, but my recent experience has really changed my view. I bought two pairs of rugby boots after being explicitly told by a staff member that I could return one pair for a cash refund as long as it was before January 5th. Based on this advice, I made the purchase.

When I later tried to return one pair, I was told that cash refunds weren’t allowed after 7 days — something I was never told at the time. Management refused to acknowledge the key issue: I was misinformed by their own staff, and they won’t accept any responsibility for it.

Instead of a refund, I was offered a credit note or a discount on a future purchase — neither of which are useful to me at the moment. This wasn’t a misunderstanding on my part — I asked clearly before buying, and was given false information.

Really disappointing customer service, especially from a shop I’ve supported over the years. I won’t be returning.

Well we found a Worcester warriors hoodie, which was very hard to find, so that’s a plus, and it was shipped instantly so we got it 4 days later. Great.👍👍

Hoka shoes were pre-worn.
I thought I was buying new but shoes were soiled from previous wear. There was no indication from the company that the shoes were 2nd hand items so naturally I was disappointed.
I may have bought elsewhere if I had known or expected a reduction as you would expect on eBay etc when buying used

This company is a scam I ordered a jersey on 31st of January and still hasn't arrived.No contact worth talking about. Luckily I had my money returned after reporting it to PayPal. Do not buy from them.
