Once I had found the item I was looking for online, I called the number provided. My call was answered quickly ie no corporate answering system before you speak to a human. Once I received confirmation that the item was in stock, I was given clear instructions how to order and given the confidence that delivery would be quick…and it was! I had daily emails confirming the delivery process. Item received with ease and no issues. Will order again in future. Thank you!

Great service - called the shop to check if the item was in stock, staff advised on phone that a couple of sizes were available. On arriving at the shop staff directed me straight to the kit and the frictionless transaction was completed in only a minute or so !

Great product offering at good prices. First time ordering and was really impressed with their service. Goods arrived with 30 hours of me placing my order.

So, after a bit of a mix up on my initial order, I contacted RugbyStuff and to be fair I can't fault how they handled the situation, rectifying it immediately and with absolute customer care.

After this interaction and despite the initial issue, would be happy to shop there again as well as recommend them to fellow rugby players.

I ordered an item from Rugbystuff.com, that I was in no rush for, on the 21st of December. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until after Xmas but I saw they posted it on the same day (Sunday) and then it arrived well before Xmas. I received great communication from them and great service at a great price.

First time I have used the site and very impressed. Great items received and super quick delivery in time for christmas.

How efficient the transaction was from ordering to delivery. I wanted to order a beanie for my rugby mad nephew in Australia. I saw the rugby shop had just what I needed and it went from there. great service and good quality merchandise.

The customer service from the team is of the highest quality. From taking their time to answer questions, providing advice but also the quickness in getting deliveries out in the fastest of time. For a parcel that had to be delivered 500 miles south from making the order to receiving it took under 13 hours. If your looking for rugby stuff I highly recommend rugby stuff!

Brought some rugby studs from these guys.
First time Id used them

When they arrived (promptly) one of the studs I ordered was the incorrect size.
I emailed the customer service team, and within 24hrs I had the correct studs with their apologies.

A good business in my opinion, is judged on how they react when things don't go right.
These guys were top notch.
