Bought 26 timbers 6x2 and majority were poor quality and warped. Completely useless company and told me I will get refund and instead weeks later had to make use of the wood by making offcuts and sanding down the warped sections. Pathetic service and company, avoid like the plague

I ordered an item for overnight delivery 13 days ago to finish a roof - £38 delivery and still no sign of the product. New build project is waiting on it to finish the roof. Would suggest avoiding this company where possible.

We ordered coping stones for a project with an agreed delivery date of **08/07/2026**, and we planned the entire job around that date. Today is **15/07/2026**, and we still haven't received the order.

I called to ask when the delivery would be made, but they couldn't give me a clear answer. I was left on hold for around 15 minutes while they "checked," only to be told that I would receive an email shortly confirming the delivery date.

The only email I actually received was asking me to leave a review.

Poor communication, missed delivery dates, and no updates have caused unnecessary delays to our project. If you can't meet your promised delivery dates, at least keep your customers informed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I received a delivery date of 1st July. I received an email on 30 June to say order dispatched. I took a day off work to be at home to receive order on 1st July. By 3pm when no order had arrived I rang to see what was happening.
Two calls made and the second person said they couldn’t hear me properly. I received an email from one of the customer care team about 4pm that said my order had no delivery date yet!!!!
So I wasn’t very happy at all. So I asked that my order be cancelled.
On Friday 3rd July my order arrived in the morning luckily my husband was at home to receive it.
So poor communication and my order could very easily have been undelivered.

Roofing Superstore knew exactly what I wanted and supplied it within the required time frame. It was delivered with care and the job was completed on time to the required quality. Excellent company, I can highly recommend them for their service and quality products.

I ordered 5 Brett Martin Cascade products from Roofing Superstore, based on price and reviews.
When the products were delivered, two were missing. I called daily (three times) and, although the agents were polite and helpful it was clear the distributor was unresponsive. When the missing products were delivered, they were irreparably damaged. Given the hassle with the original order I didn’t bother trying to return them or getting a refund so ended up writing off nearly £200 of goods. Would not recommend

The whole experience was terrible.
The order was placed and I could not get clear details about the order being sent or not for over 8 days.
The situation was investigated at the time but nobody was able to explain the situation.
I asked to speak to a supervisor but they were on a weeks holiday

Ordered 4x Restec flexitec in dark grey which costs over £200 per tin, and also an installation kit made up of paint rollers, brushes, etc for £40 - the flexitec was sent in light grey colour (which isnt even a stocked item) and the paint rollers cages wouldn't fit onto the paint rollers themselves - massively disappointing after waiting for the items to arrive

Having created a basket on my account which included a couple of Velux windows, I was vey pleased to get a call from Paul at Roofing Superstore offering me a further discount if I was to order the windows before a Velux price increase due on 1 July. I placed the order and the windows were delivered within a few days.
Although it meant ordering the windows a few weeks early, I really appreciated the call and proactive service, not least as it saved me a few hundred pounds so ‘thank you’. It goes without saying that I will definitely be ordering the rest of the items in my Roofing Superstore basket in the next few weeks.

I realise that the Lindab guttering is sent direct from Lindab but the packaging is really poor and the carriers used do not handle the gutters and downpipes with any sort of care at all. I know that they will be damaged and I just hope it is somewhere that will not be seen. Also if you are a couple of brackets short costing say £12 you still get charged £80 shipping, which is not on. Fortunately I was able to get some from Bradfords Building Supplies, which is where I will go for the guttering next time.

A week has passed and no money returned. Happy for you to pay up front but they are not happy to refund. Wont be using them or any of their other online companies. No need to use a middle man who holds onto your money.
