Products are good quality, but the delivery time was awful, 2weeks 6days!
Also sent one wrong item.
Communication really slow.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but that was my experience.

Excellent service provided before, during and after the order was placed, not least in arranging a delivery day / time that worked well for me.
EPDM kit now all fitted, with components being of very good quality and the kit containing more than sufficient quantities of all necessary items.
Not the first time that I have used Roofing Megastore, for a range of different items and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Roofing Megastore has been extremely disappointing.

I placed my order on 30/03/2026 for polycarbonate sheets, and some accessories for my pergola, and while part of the order arrived, some key items (the sheets and H sections) are missing till date 28/04/2026. I reported this immediately and was assured multiple times that the transport team would contact me and resolve the issue. Despite confirming the missing items promptly, I have received no meaningful updates or communication since.

It has now been over a week of chasing, with repeated promises but no action. Emails giving the same reply (chasing the delivery teams), and there is no clear timeline for resolution. The lack of accountability and customer support is very frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if your project depends on timely delivery.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both their delivery process and customer communication.

I found the megastore online. I had no issues with finding everything I needed and the cut to size service is great however, it says 7-8 days delivery, it took two weeks for my delivery which had a knock on effect on other work I had planned in. Also after ringing several times and only getting through after a 20-30 minute wait each time is ridiculous. Once through the customer service wasn’t the best either. Fair to say I’m don’t think I will be recommending this company again.

I can't say the quality of my product as I have still not received it I ordered on the 13th April its now the 27th April still not received it the contact with the company has been very poor from there side.

Shocking service. Ordered 4 panels on the 15th of this month, nothing has arrived. Email after email chasing them. Same answer via Chloe, "I'll chase our production department"
Tomorrow I'll be chasing my money and will then purchase elsewhere.
I'd advise all to keep well clear of this shocking company.

Excellent planning and ordering site. Delivery was a tad slow but I wasn’t in a hurry. When order was delivered the two man delivery team were very helpful.

Great company to buy from would definitely use again polycarbonate sheets cut to size delivery was good & customer service very efficient.

Product is great but the delivery was poor

The products were ok but the service and communication was very poor and I had to wait from 3rd order date to 21st actual delivery date for my goods. The delivery company you use is disgusting. 6 days late from their promised delivery date and lack of communication

Good prices, good information on the website and delivered when they said it would be.

I ordered roofing sheets on line , by simply putting in my measurements, they then produced a kit that I was able to buy. Materials arrived on time with a few spare bits besides .I also spoke with customer service with regards to my delivery,they couldn’t have been more helpful if they had tried.
All in all I would rate the experience as excellent , and good value for money.

Hade to keep ringing on progress of goods, had the impression they had forgot .

Brill product. Just took longer than we thought to deliver but as soon as I rang them they delivered the same afternoon

Poor communication. Delivered very late, unannounced, on the wrong day, and with no means to lift the product off the truck.

The product, corrugated twin wall corolite sheeting, was shown as being in stock so I placed an order and they took my money. After 1 week there was no response so i called to find out it wasn't in stock and they hadn't done anything. I am waiting hopefully for a refund but have a feeling there may be a problem. I will update if it is resolved satisfactorily but I strongly suggest people are very careful when purchasing from this company.
They returned my money so I've changed my rating. My advice remains check that the do have anything marked as in stock being in stock.
