Horrible on helping me to get my account back

Automated bot support that protects scammers, not players.
Roblox support is a joke. My account was hacked and even though I provided logs showing an unauthorized login from a foreign IP and identified the thief's alt account, the support team refuses to help. They only send scripted bot replies that don't address the evidence. I have lost items and money, and they won't even escalate the case to a human supervisor. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the gaming industry. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Thank you so much for helping my child get her items back. My daughter was hacked two days in a row weeks ago, we reported many times and asked other Roblox users to report the hackers who stole all of my child's special and rare virtual pets. Now my daughter is happy, we are so happy. Thanks so much. One hacker was Ukrainian pretending to be Russian as their language is so similar.

My account "zabivnoy_yaroslav" has been hacked and stolen since November 2025. I've contacted Roblox Support many times (ticket #169248855) and provided proof: the city where I played for years (Petrozavodsk, Russia), old passwords, device history. I asked them to check their own IP logs — years of logins from my city, then a sudden change. They ignore all evidence and send the same template reply. Please Roblox, escalate my case and check the logs properly.

Roblox is an amazing game! I always play it with my best friend and we have the most fun together. You don’t need the gift cards to have fun, the app itself just is fun. There are so many different games you can explore, I don’t know why people don’t like it, but people who rate this app below 4 stars is either a parent who hates good video games, or someone who has had their robux stolen. (Again, you don’t need to waste money on robux to have fun in this awesome game)

I’ve been using Roblox for over 2 years, mainly to play with friends, communicate, and find new interesting games. Over time I’ve explored a lot of different modes, customized my avatar, and built up a small collection of items. I like that there is alwayo something new to try, and the regular updates help keep the platform active. It is also convenient that I can use it on both mobile and PC. The only things that bother me are that many of the better items require Robux, and some games can be laggy or poorly optimized.

well lets talk about how roblox is downgrading itself, the face check is bad becuse it barely puts you in the right category (20 yo man getting put in 16-18 category) so theyre really bad and i would stp playing roblox if i wasnt a youtuber

Been on Roblox myself for at least 14 years. But it is a game i will never let my nieces or nephews play.
Horrid, absolutely horrid moderation or customer service once they have your money that's it, don't expect anything to be accurate since its ran by Ai slop.
Pure greed. Do not let your children scan their face on this app, that data will be stolen or sold.

I can write a whole book on everything wrong from consistent predators, to their "chief safety officer" being caught playing and collecting badges in inappropriate games instead of banning them.

Ok,let me explain this without it being 20 minutes long. Bad updates. Promoting ai as a way to make games, destroying creativity but also the games made without it,to the point where old games will disappear. Age check groups being innacurate. Pedos that they won't get rid of. Ai system innacurately banning avatars. Removing chat with certain groups (9-12 can't chat to 13-15).There's more but I think my point is made.

Roblox's sweeping negative updates are fracturing the entire player base and jeapordizing user safety. Of course the most extreme example of this is the age check verification updates that forces children to scan their faces in order to access basic chat functions that should be the standard in an online platform like this.

I get safety is important but this is not the way to do it. This same company recently suffered a massive data breach and this is their idea of what to do next? No thanks. It is not a surprise their player base has dropped in half within the last couple of months and their stock has plummeted.

Me and my sister can't even play together because of the age thing. If I could I would sue them - Angry kid.

This game needs to be 100% removed because of all the sexual predators that get on this game to lure kids or make sexual remarks to children. Obviously no one monitors this game or none of this would be going on or the company doesn't care. I did a ride along with the Law Enforcement and I heard a call that no parent wants to hear. A 10 year old calling the Police because they are playing Roblox and an Adult was talking dirty to the child. If the company can't put a stop to this going on then they need to remove the game. This is how children end up missing or even rapped.

there is a reason my parents banned this game after a message showed up on my brothers laptop (not writing it here for obvious reasons) but when we tried to message them all they did was ban are Roblox account do not recomend
