Everything good apart from delivery you had a week to deliver so i payed extra for a saturday delivery but wasnt expecting it to be deliverd so late in the day i no it might not be your fault but if your paying for a saturday it would have been nice for it to come at least before 12pm ,maybe you could make that possible for people who pay extra ,

My old Celestion active subwoofer had given up the ghost after 20+ years of good service.
Researched a replacement speaker and a supplier. Chose the SVS 1000 pro from Richer sounds and all went very smoothly. The speaker arrived fine in just a few days and is amazing like being in the cinema or at a concert but so clean and clear. One minor gripe is that the shipping company delivered to my neighbour when we were in the house (expecting the delivery).

Good product ata good price.

I default to Richer Sounds for the relevant products. No issues as always, just a great company, one of the few who still put effort in.

Unfortunately your delivery company BJS let you down. The delivery man asked to use my toilet when he had delivered the goods, he covered the floor and walls in water and made a terrible mess. I had to clean the bathroom afterwards. Trail of water and wet footprints across my hall way. I was excited to receive my new TV but this left a very unpleasant feeling.

The actual goods are great and love the new set up, but the delivery experience has left a bitter feeling.

NOTE: Richer sounds have immediately reacted to this review and made contact with me to apologies and to escalate the feedback with the 3rd party delivery company, who have breached policy. Things don’t always go right, that’s life, but Richer have responded well to the situation which I was happy with.

Richer Sounds are great always have been

My Husband has quite a collection of CD's so we purchased a CD players for just under eighty pounds. Great sound from Richer Sounds and delighted with it.
