When I contacted Richer Sounds about…
When I contacted Richer Sounds about the price beat Jeff from telesales was excellent however when I called back a couple of weeks later and spoke to someone from the Bath branch he was very suspicious when I said that I had been offered a £100 discount because Amazon were selling US imports for far less. However the chap from Bath must have contacted Telesales and when Vic rang me back he honoured the quote which I had on email from Jeff. Normally Richer Sounds are brilliant so I was disappointed by the attitude from the chap at the Bath branch. The speakers are excellent of course.

I'm so sorry that after such as positive experience with Jeff that the colleague from our Bath store was anything other than professional. Obviously this is disappointing, the colleague should have checked our system for the quote which would have cleared matters up so I will investigate with the branch manager what went wrong here, as well as arrange some retraining with the colleague.
