I bought 4 items from Riccardo Ricci. They were of good quality for the price. However, two items were too small for me and I wanted to return them. The customer service agent, Sara, told me to take pictures of those items next to a measuring tape to ensure the size were correct, in which I did. Afterwards, she told me I cannot get a refund because the items were on sale and they cannot accept them. My question is: why bother to waste my time when you already know you won't give me a refund? This company is a scam. Their customer service is horrible. Do Not do business with them.

Effortless and responsive customer service, quick delivery, and products were as described.

The clothes are really good. The quality is good and I like the italian design!

Misleading Return Policy and Deception

I tried multiple times to return 3 items that were too small and / or low quality. Each time I received only the standard reply “Sale items are non-returnable”, without any explanation or proof. Nowhere was this stated on the website, and the legal return period of 14 to 30 days was completely ignored. Very disappointing.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered six items, and every single one was completely off in sizing, with shockingly poor quality. When I contacted them to arrange a return, they refused, claiming that sale items are non-returnable. This was never stated in their return policy when I purchased — I read it carefully beforehand. Their practices are misleading, and in my opinion, customers are being scammed. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I like the cloths I got the Nathen trousers because I liked the belt strap but it came with a button different then the picture still good quality love the Giovanni shirt as well thanks

Stay away! Very deceptive company.
It took nearly a month for a couple pairs of shoes to arrive. I followed instructions to make a return and was told because I applied a coupon code They were considered “sale merchandise” and not returnable.

NOWHERE IN THEIR RETURN POLICY DOES IT INDICATE THAT SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Shoes were off-gassing fumes so heavily that they went straight back into the package.

I ordered because it was on sale, but the quality truly exceeded my expectations. The material feels premium, with a rich texture that looks far from cheap. It’s a versatile piece that I can style in many different ways, and I’m excited to try them all. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Great quality and fits just right. The ribbed testure makes it looks a bit more special than regular polos. Happy with this purchase!

I ordered the loafers very comfortable, for the price they are luxury.

This is very bad product and customer service, although it stated on the website with free return and exchange, but they just refuse to accept return with refund, stating that discounted product doesn’t accept as return, majority of their product are listed as discounted. The product are not good, cheaply made, you can easily find better one in your local market or any other online shop.

I bought for my husband 3 pants and 1 shirt for father's day 3 weeks before father's day and it arrived 5 weeks in.

We opened it and the sizing does not match. The XL was more like a size M a d size 33 pants is way off as well.

I reach out for returns and no.luck there, I was given the rou about and since it was a promo on buying 3 or more I can't return. I felt like I got scammed

If you’re looking for an honest return policy this is not where you want to shop. If you are going to order from Riccardo Ricci make sure you’re going to keep what you order because they will not accept returns and make up excuses so you cannot return their items.

Ordered product that wasn’t to my liking. Wanted to return but they claimed after review can’t take it back. You have a right of return within 14 days after receiving it. Regardless of sale item or not.

That is a horrible service. Do not order from the it’s very bad company with complete disregard for consumer rights in the EU.

DO NOT BUY!! They are a scam. They won’t return your money no matter what. They advertise when you purchase that you can try it and return won’t no problem, but when refuse to do so no matter what. Do not believe thier return policy.

Would give ZERO star if I can. Ordered brown shirt, received grey. Contacted service, been asked to take and email the photos of the product. Funny enough, they said the color was correct. And after all that, they told me that sales items fall out of the return policy, where on the website it says shamelessly 'If you’re not fully satisfied, just return the product, and we’ll issue a complete refund!'. It's a sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Don't buy anything from Riccardo Ricci. They are scammers, and you will be disappointed with their after-sales service. I ordered several items from their websites, and it was clearly stated that returns were free of charge, but when I wanted to return the items, they refused to accept them.

I've already send an email to this adress. However, they don't allow a refund.
