This is a scamming company
This is a scamming company. They will tell you that they offer returns no questions asked, but when they ship you their low quality items they then claim that they cannot accept the return because it’s a sale item. Yet that policy is NOWHERE to be found on their website. And it’s convenient that 98% of their items are on “sale”! Please do not buy from them or waste your money

Ricardo RICCI is a big scam. I ordered clothes from them. They are not good quality and I just wanted a refund. Clothes are from china. And they don’t give refunds. They try to come with stories and others silly thing. They do your life hard. Don’t buy because you are gonna be disappointed.

The product is absolute trash, itchy materials, wrong sizing, sent multiple items that were the same. Tried to return the items and they asked me to wear them with a ruler next to me to prove they don't fit.

Good look at a Great price!!
After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesitant. I took a chance and was happily surprised by how well the clothes looked. I wore the pants and shirt at a large conference and received numerous compliments on them. The fit was perfect, which is never easy for me. No additional adjustments made. It does take a little longer to receive the items. But that is everyone not shipping from the US these days. Looking forward to finding some more items in the future.

SCAM - AVOID Riccardo Ricci
AVOID THEM!!! Scam company, with horrible product quality.
I have spent 24 mails with their "Customer Service" after I first got incorrect size, then replacement arrived damaged and 2nd replacement was something I never ordered. Been asking for refund from day1, after 2 months, I get the "copy paste" replies and no development. I have reported this to various EU authorities.
