I would vote 0 stars if I could
I would vote 0 stars if I could. This ‘company’ is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered 3 t-shirts / polos and a pair of loafers from them. They were all too small so asked for a refund. They first asked for photo evidence by me taking photos with a ruler next to each item. Pathetic, I know. Then they asked if I wanted to exchange items for a larger size which would then cost me an extra £15 per item. Disgusting, I know. Now they’re saying they can’t refund my order as all items were purchased during a sale. They’re making it up as they go so they don’t have to give me my money back. Save your money and don’t use them. Apparently it is a company based in Hong Kong pretending to be based in the UK. The 3 week delivery and the tracking saying my order has been arrived in the UK was a bit of a give away that they are not based in the UK.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I received a shirt that was the wrong size. I had to send 3 emails to finally get a response. Then I received 3 different responses-would I pay almost £15 for postage to return item? Would I want a partial refund? etc...
I kept asking how to return item for a full refund. By the fifth email, I was told that I could no longer do anything because it was a sale item which was not clear on the website.
Do not buy from this company-I think it is a sham because I received such different customer service responses. Plus, they were extremely unhelpful and took quite a while to respond.

Delivery not quick but worth it.
Not the quickest delivery but it is an international shipment. Clothes do really look very stylish. They also fit well and feel great quality. A cut above your routine clothing brands.
