Purchased the reclining fimous suite and covers which rotted so a replacement cover set was sent. I started to notice the black rattan peeling in places on the suite which showed white where there should be black and now despite it being covered up throughout all winter there are more white patches everywhere which is shabby looking now. I’ve seen other makes cheaper than this yet they’ve not started to peel. The rattan has also broken in places. Unfortunately they’ve not replied to my requests for putting this right.

Never use this company. I brought a set and the delivery was confirmed to be between 15th to 20th March. It hadn’t been delivered on the 20th so I messaged them and they said it would arrive on 21st. Fine I thought. But then it was delivered! The delivery driver arrived and his van was the most disorganised I have ever seen - boxes just thrown in, broken boxes etc. he then said he had accidentally delivered one of the sofas to another customer by mistake. But that didn’t make sense either because the set was supposed to come with three sofas - only one was delivered. Then I checked the other boxes and two of them had been opened and there was no fixings in them! Boxes are broken and bits missing. Emailed the company and have as yet had no response, other than them telling me that they dont understand why I want a refund!!! Biggest waste of money - now putting a dispute in with my bank to try and get the money back.

I ordered a Rattan garden set from this company on Friday 10th March, the service is excellent with regular e - mails keeping me informed of delivery date etc.
When the delivery was made the Driver Ashley was more than obliging and helpful.
I would certainly recomend this company and a big thanks to Mark and Dave.

Brought some garden furniture from Zebrano and was not disappointed at all. The quality was outstanding and the choice was amazing.

We decided to go to their Essex showroom and we were taken away with all the different choices we had and all their staff were really helpful and friendly.

The old dear is very happy with the gear we got from these guys, looks amazing in the back garden and pretty happy with durability so far after some aggressive use in the summer.

I ordered my furniture around 18 months ago and they were very helpful - sending me samples and pictures of the cushions. The product arrived as stated and I'm been impressed with the look. After 12 months the cover that came free with it disintegrated. I called the company to request a new one. This was quite a long drawn out process and I had to speak to a number of people to try and get this. Eventually I spoke to a really helpful guy called Patrick who ensured that one was sent to me. From what I can gather this company is now under new management and hopefully the ratings will pick up from what has been seen on here for the last year.

Furniture arrived 4 weeks ago and yes its lovely were very pleased. But the free cover that is supposed to come with it was not there, after 3 phone calls and being told again and again its been shipped over to them and will be sent out to me soon I have still not received it. So now my brand new £1300 set it getting covered in crap and rain!! If they are not willing to provide these covers then they shouldn't advertise that they come with the furniture!

Awesome furniture articles! Very good in looks, very comfortable in use and seem pretty durable as well. Overall, it appears a very recommendable company. Hopefully we’ll have more business with them in near future

I could a very lengthy account on what can only be described as a horrendous buying experience but to summarize.... Failed to deliver within the longest period stated in the terms & conditions. EXTREMELY difficult to contact. Ignores emails. Fobbed of with excuses constantly. When LARGE order received, wrong parts sent AND two missing parts. Result = unable to assemble the table. Order was for table & chairs....Set of 3 planters....Parasol. EVENTUALLY made telephone contact....Informed when items would be delivered. Did not turn up. Emails sent....no reply. CONSTANT phone calls made....put on hold.....cut off....Messages left for someone to contact me. No contact made. Eventually I requested contact details for one of the company Directors. Stated not known. To cut an extremely long story short spoke with the Manager. All facts re' the complaint had obviously NOT been relayed even though emails were on record etc & even if the company had arranged delivery of the missing/correct parts the order would still not have been correct!!! The parts etc DID eventually arrive albeit so badly packed that one part was damaged but by then I just wanted to rid myself of any dealings with the company!! I demanded and received a £75 refund but wish that I had never ordered from the company. Take my advice and shop elsewhere. IF you have to pay more......do so. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I am so pleased with our garden furniture, it is of great quality and we've had lots of lovely comments. Would definitely recommend, speedy delivery and great customer service.

I ordered this & am so impressed with it. It's been sitting in the garage while I got the garden ready & today it's out & I love it! The quality feels great & it's really comfy. I keep going out into the garden to look at it!
Having looked at other furniture in garden centres I've realised that not all rattan furniture is the same! Some feels so cheap & nasty compared to mine & I'm so pleased albout the choice I made. Love it & would definitely recommend.
