I used Rattan Furniture Uk last summer to purchase a garden table set and a firepit. Their customer service was fabulous. They answered all my questions by email and helped me chose the right products for my needs. They kept in touch with delivery status. When my furniture arrived I couldnt be more pleased, it looks brilliant in my garden and is exceptionally comfortable. The quality is better than any other that I have seen and equals, if not betters, the most expensive sets that I have seen in garden centres. I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.

We first used Kingshall nearly 8 years ago when we bought a wooden outdoor dining set - the table and chairs are still going strong!

When we wanted to buy a rattan outdoor corner sofa last year we did a fair bit of research and, again, Kingshall were the best in terms of price, range and we knew that the service would be excellent - we weren't wrong.

We have just taken delivery of a large storage box that matches our rattan set and, yet again, we're delighted.

I think we'll be looking for a parasol later this summer so Kingshall will be our first port of call!

The qaulity of the furniture and the customer service is excellent. We have purchased nearly all our furniture from this small family run business and have never been disappointed. From Rattan Garden furniture to living room furniture, including leather sofas they have catered for all our needs. I would definately recommend this company.

We ordered the teak four seater marlbourough bench online in April having found Kingshall Furniture via a google search. The bench was delivered on the date specified and was of excellent quality. We know, having done our research, that similar teak benches are considerably more expensive at some of our local garden centres. Overall this was very good service and excellent quality and I am now considering ordering a teak dining set from Kingshall Furniture.

From start to finish Dave and the team couldn't do enough. We knew what we wanted to spend and an idea of what we wanted and they brought it all to life and within budget. They made it simple, easy and actually fun! Compared to trawling through the big chains like sheep - this was such a great experience. Thanks guys!

I love the stuff they do for the garden...I know a few people who've bought from them now and the service and delivery is fab. I also bought some bedroom furniture from them which is solid, reasonably priced and looks great.

I found the whole experience excellent, from the order and acknowledgement process to delivery.
The quality of the furniture is very good for the price. Even when I discovered that the fixing screws were missing for the table, this was resolved within a couple of days and the fixing screws were sent in the post.
Overall very pleased and would recommend.

I love our new cube! It is really comfortable and I can easily seat 8 people for outside dining. Friends have commented on how great it is, I wouldn't be surprised if they too make an order!

It is perfect for our small garden. It looks good ( we have the black not brown ), it is very comfortable and it stacked well through the winter.

We bought a teak outdoor garden set and also a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The quality of the products were equivalent to John Lewis but at more reasonable prices. We also had a complicated deliver to Switzerland which was managed superbly.
