Dealt directly with them via WhatsApp with Chinese 86 phone number ending 2229 on their website as Debenhams or B&Q marketplace couldn’t specify delivery times and we wanted one urgently. No cheaper than Debenhams but had the option to collect from CV37 warehouse for £50 less or next day delivery. Paid directly to a UK bank account and the set arrived the next day as promised. No complaints about that. Everything is well made. Unlike a lot of other garden furniture, there are no plastic fixtures and fixings. All the fixings are metal bolts into or through the adjoining metal furniture frames. It helps to have your own spanner and cordless screwdriver with Allen key. Assembly was easy. There is no cover. My only criticism is that it looks slightly miniature but maybe I’m comparing it to luxury outdoor furniture that you get at hotels etc. rather than home stuff. The nice thing is you get a single chair rather than the usual stool.

Decided to take the plunge and buy this Fimous 7 seater rattan corner set with firepit through Wowcher .
Wasn't sure how long it would take, so expected a delay however it arrived within the week.
Assembly not difficult but took my wife and I a few hours to complete. Quite impressed with the quality especially for the price paid. Safety glass panel slightly damaged so contacted fimous who sent out a replacement with no quibble. Customer service very good. No problems at all with this purchase.

I received my garden furnisher earlier than predicted that was a bonus, year down the line I had a slight problem with the table fire I got in touch with Fimous and their response was very quick asking how they could help. They suggested taking a video or photo of the problem which I did and they sent more then we aspected a complete replacement of the fire-table Now that is what I call good costumer service Thank you Fimous
