Unfortunately I had a bit of a fainting spell, my own fear of bloods but Joshua at norwich Randox was excellent and did a great job. Thanks a lot :)

Did a test, got weird results, queried it, 3 weeks later still no reply. Bought a second test, supposedly results in about 48 hours, 8 days later, still nothing. Communication is awful NHS tests are faster

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment at 8.40 in Chichester having driven 60 mins. There was no reception to check in, appointments were running late but no one was informed of such - just had to wait until name called. Finally seen 30 minutes late. Its been over week and despite getting in touch - which incidently is by email, still no test results and up update from customer service. Absolutely terrible service.

She was kind and considerate.
She was very easy to talk to so the appointment didn’t take too long.

I visited Randox Health in Liverpool for a well woman appointment.
Eugenio was very friendly and put me total at ease.
He explained everything as he was doing it and gave me information about my results.
I would definitely recommend this location to others thinking about going for any of the services they offer

I've been to Randox's High Wycombe branch today. The lady, Michelle, was really helpful and supportive. Her kind and clear instructions conveyed calm confidence, her experience made the whole (not too long) process smooth and effective. With her vast practice, phlebotomy (feared by many) seemed just nothing. I can definitely recommend her service.

Had tests almost a month ago, still have not received the results. Multiple messages to customer services have been ignored. Spent hundreds of pounds for nothing.

So … 9 days after paying for the next day service still nothing. No answers on their chat bot .. 1 general reply a week ago to say they were busy and I would get it as soon as possible but if I hadn’t heard within 3 or 4 says to contact them. Well guess what .. I did exactly as they asked and no reply. Customer service once they gave your money is non existent. I needed these results and now they have my blood sample but it has gone into a black hole. Truly shocking!

Went in for a Cardiac Assessment. Kaitlyn, the phlebotomist, was attentive and caring, never felt rushed or made to feel my experience was uncommon.

Without Randox I wouldn’t have found the alarming results for my husband He was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas.

Fabulous experience. Emma was very effecient, kind and calming. Highly recommend using Randox Health in Leeds

Joshua at the Norwich H&B clinic was friendly and welcoming, making my visit very relaxed.

Such a disaster company! Promised 1-3 days results I did male hormone test a week ago and never received results it’s been over one week! Customer support is rude, never explain or never help you to sort your enquiry. I have already requested my refund. Stay away from this clinic. Such a disappointment and wasting time. I’m on serious medication which I’m gonna have to monitor my results consistently and I did blood tests before I start the medication now I already started and have to do blood test again which means I wouldn’t never know my post treatment results!! Shame on such a Clinics!!!

Randox promised my blood test results within 24 hours. It’s now been a week, and I still have nothing.
Ive spent hours trying to get through to customer support, only to be told that my sample is “in the lab.” They cannot tell me what’s causing the delay, when my results will be ready, or even provide an estimated timeframe.
If you can’t deliver the service you advertise, don’t promise a 24-hour turnaround. Completely unacceptable.

Megan was very professional and friendly during my appointment. Would highly recommend!

Joshua at Norwich H&B was amazing. I traditionally have extremely bad veins to get blood from but Josh got it first time. Even my partner was impressed that it was so quick. He was friendly and had good conversation. I have to travel an hour to get to here but I will be going every time. Would highly recommend
