Do not use

Do not use, takes a week for the test arrive then over a week to be told my blood was insufficient and dehydrated. This has happened twice now.
Pay the bit extra and use a different company. Totally useless and time wasters.

hormone test kit

I ordered the hormone test kit, took the sample and sent it back. Results were a complete joke I apparently have the testosterone level of a silver back gorilla and I am 52. Totally impossible my free test was also off the charts. all the markers were either off the scale or at the other end

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could-

Did a blood sample and sent it in- making sure I abided by all of the rules (hormone test) so had to be a specific time of the month, early morning etc.

After sending it I heard nothing for a week so had to chase this up. I emailed them to ask what was happening and they replied saying “ Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with results as we did not have enough sample to complete testing.
This may have happened due to dehydration, or if there was a problem with collecting your sample.”
Luckily, I had a photo of the sample bottle (which was full to the brim) before I sent it away. I always keep receipts of these kind of things but it was lucky I had that photo! So I replied saying I am unsure how there wasn’t enough blood as the bottle was full.
They then apologised and said they were chasing this up. I got another email saying “We regret to advise that due to a laboratory error your sample was processed incorrectly. We are sorry that this has happened.”

So basically my blood test was a complete waste of time. I have no idea what happened to my sample but for them to try and blame me is ridiculous!! Obviously something on their end has gone wrong and instead of taking ownership at the start and admitting responsibility, they decided to blame me.

I got a sorry and they offered to send me another kit but to be honest after reading other reviews this company is looking more and more like a completely incompetent and unreliable company.
There was an advert on another social media and the comments underneath all sounded similar to my story and the other bad reviews on here.
I now do not trust them whatsoever! Nobody wants to take blood for the fun of it.
Save yourself the trouble and use a different company!!

Terrible service

Terrible service. They are scammers don't waste your money. They claimed my test wasn't registered when it was and expect me to pay for a second one or go get a free test at the lab. Looks like they are trying to get foot traffic into their labs so they like about test being unregistered or not enough blood.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs - the tests are completely inaccurate. I did the Everywoman test. The second part of that test came back with results completely out of whack. I had emailed customer support. Nobody replied until I spent one hour on the phone to chase them again about this. Finally they relented and agreed to do the correct test (having admitted the blood sample was kept outside the fridge too long). The results had scared me SO MUCH. But Random didn't care. I went to do the test again. However they now sent me the link to the previous WRONG results again. And I don't have the correct results. They also called me and told me the urine sample was not refrigerated. So I had to come back and that a urine sample for the THIRD time because they had messed up the previous tests. If you want the stress, anxiety and the incorrect results - this is the place for you!

Absolutely terrible DO NOT USE

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a simple vitamin D test which took over a week for me to receive the kit. I sent the kit back using their packaging and a week later still nothing. I have called them twice (on hold for over 40 minutes) to be told they will respond to me via email. Which they never do!
Today I have received an email stating that they have passed my query onto the relevant department. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHOCKINGLY BAD

The "swab date" on my report was wrong…

The "swab date" on my report was wrong (different from what I entered for online registration). I could not take the flight I booked as I failed to meet the requirement. This company refused to refund (not even about any other compensation). This is the worst PCR experience I ever had so far.

Fit 2 Fly Tests

Used Randox recently for 2 Fit to Fly Antigen tests for my children to enable a trip to Europe.

Bought online, collected locally. Completed the tests at home the day before and submitted via the easy to use app. They promised results within 3 hours, the certificates were returned in about 30 mins.

All in, a good experience and I would happily use them again.

Contractually negligent

Don't use them

I previously left a review after being promised a full refund for unused pcr kits I was full of praise.
After 6 weeks the refund has not been processed they say the case is closed and are ignoring my follow up emails.

AVOID - they ignore your requests for refunds

I have Emailed several times and waited for months with no response, regarding a refund.
They've effectively stole £50 from me.
When phoning (after waiting for over an hour), nobody ever answers.
Totally unacceptable business practice.

No refund although the government suddenly changed travel rules

Due to various issues with the Randox app and faults with one of the tests, I am also still waiting for my refund for two LFL tests that the UK government did not accept any more for Day 2 tests.

I had to buy two new PRC tests and I am still waiting for my right to have my refund for two useless LFL tests and some excuses from their Customer Service for their bad support.

Avoid.

Very Poor Response Time

Opened my pre-departure LFT the day before flying to Amsterdam. The test cartridge had no QR code. Called them at 1pm, but Randox didn't get back to me until 8pm, at which time there was no opportunity to take another test somewhere else before the flight at 0730 the following day. Very poor response from my complaint e-mail. Will never use them again.
Received a refund for the test, but no recognition of the stress caused due to lack of test immediately before my flight - they didn’t seem to care at all, appalling customer service.

Refund on the way

I called Bernadette Rigby at Customer Services today. I had patiently waited over 2 months for a refund to no avail. Bernadette promptly dealt with arranging the refund for me. Great to get someone these days who can actually deal with Customers efficiently.

I booked a PCR test in Galway Ireland…

I booked a PCR test in Galway Ireland for travel last week. My travel plans were cancelled so I emailed to cancel the appointment.

I assumed I would be charged anyways but just wanted to free up the slot if someone needed it.

I was surprised and very pleased when Charlotte at Randox emailed me to reconfirm the cancellation & to let me know the appointment fee would be refunded. It was later that week. It was lovely to be communicated with by a person rather than generic chat bot & an even more pleasant surprise to get refund when I only booked 3 days out and cancelled 2 days out.

Avoid this company

Randox are not interested in providing any form of service, we had to change from a lateral fiow test to PCR test, paid for the PCR test and was assured we would get a credit for thr unused test if they were still in the sealed packets !! what a joke ripping people off is their way to make money, no refund, e mails never answered and letters never replied to. This company should be avoided at all cost
