Amazing service coming into our house upgraded our router for the latest version with much better signal and installed the mesh system and checked the signal throughout the house and garden and showed me all the settings to maximise coverage . I also needed my Wi-Fi signal splitting so I had 5ghz and 2.4ghz ( for some of my older devices. Customer services helped me with this and answered the phone straight away and within 2 minutes it was done . Other internet companies would just send out equipment in the post and leave you to set it up but quickline has come into my home set it all up for me very happy with the service . Installer Thomas turnbull was excellent and very helpful especially on a Sunday . Great service all around

Absolutely brilliant engineer called Bobby who came to connect us, very tidy work and a very pleasant young man, he explained everything to us very thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble, and once up and running we have great speeds 100% better than sky 👍

The set up was a mess. Soon rectified by another fitter. Still waiting for a phone line to be conected after nearly 7 weeks. Missed calls from hospital and doctors...so we are not happy with the service.

Very sadly, I have to put a negative review. Almost every aspect of the service from Quickline has been excellent.
However, I was promised at sign-up that I would be reimbursed for the termination charge I received from my previous provider. I received this email, it turns out, about a month after sign-up. It was a super busy week and I didn't see the email. When I later went back to check, it had expired (3 months). When I contacted Quickline they would not honour it.
Quickline had choices about how they reimbursed customers for their termination fees. They could have knocked the amount directly off the bill. They chose a voucher. When they chose a voucher provider they will have received a discount because they chose to a) send this on email instead of a physical mastercard and b) send no reminder for anyone who doesn't see the first email for any reason.
If Quickline doesn't really want to pay termination fees of previous providers, they should be honest about this with their customers up front, and offer to pay say 60% of that fee, but directly knock it off the bill, rather than paying that amount to an American voucher company that then profits from the fact that people are busy.
This element of the experience entirely jars with the otherwise good service and unfortunately confirms my initial suspicion that the offer from Quickline was rather too good to be true...

This was a good experience from start to finish. We are in a rural area and Quickline was the only provider that would offer us fibre broadband. They helped with the groundwork and got us up and running. We were connected today and our engineer Louise B couldn’t have done enough. From working out the best place for our router to installing and getting us up and running. Can definitely recommend.

I reported an issue 2 weeks ago and after testing my connection and identifying a fault i received a date of July the 8th for an engineer visit. At 3pm ish on the 8th I called to ask when the engineer would be coming! Only to be informed that no record had been made of an appointment. The support department went on to test the line and stated that there was no fault on the line. After I loudly complained about the fact that on several occasions the globe icon on the router flashed brighter red than my forehead it was agreed to send an engineer on the 10th.
The engine (Harrison) was totally courteous, informative and thorough in his testing of my connection and my equipment. With his experience he diagnosed a slightly suspect splice which he duly resolved. He also pointed out that the installation fell short of the company standard as the cable that fed the house was not secured correctly which he also resolved.its encouraging to see such a high standard of professionalism in an individual these days and he turned this experience into a positive.

Installed my router etc today. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked efficiently and expertly. He explained what he needed to do and checked everything with me. He made sure all devices were connected and tidied the workspace before he left. He did a thoroughly good job and I would highly recommend him.

We're switching from the 5G line of sight service to full fibre in a rural area. 5G has became a bit flaky so hoping the new offering will be as good as promised.
