The pulleymaid looks brilliant in my small utility. It saves loads of space.

Did anyone else receive a tracking number from these guys? It’s been months now and still no laths. So sad and they’ve stopped responding to emails. Really disappointed

I have two pulleys and bought slaths from Amazon and from pulleymaid. The ones from Amazon went mouldy where as the ones from Pulleymaid are still in perfect condition. I replaced the ones from Amazon and I’m happy with my purchase. Pulleymaid is a quality brand and I recommend them.

Very poor with international orders or communication. Only part of my order was sent, to be fair Pulleymaid eventually refunded the missing part. The part that arrived was broken, and Pulleymaid have not responded to the multiple email queries about the issue, so do not hold your breath on any warranty issues. Also, I have a similar wrought-iron dryer from another manufacturer that is literally twice as thick; it arrived intact from the UK and has been operational for 5 years. Pulleymaid, rubbish all round!

If I could give them 0 stars I would - have not replied to us. Delivery incomplete - APPALLING service. do not use this company!

Ordering is quick and easy, delivery was fast.

The product is well designed and largely well made. The wooden slats are quite lightweight, reducing the overall load weight. The hangers are well constructed and attractive. The pulley wheels are, disappointingly, plastic. These feel quite flimsy - hopefully they will last well.

Fitting is ok, having to hand screw the pully into wooden beams is not overly easy. I would much rather have a drill through mechanism, but the instructions are clear prior to purchase, so you know what is required before you buy.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Pulleymaid. I received the wrong product after a long wait and was told I would get a replacement. Then, stopped getting any updates whatsoever. Beware.

I bought replacement wooden laths for an old airer. They’re excellent, well sanded and the dimensions are accurate. They arrived quickly and with free delivery. Will be ordering more replacement parts from Pulleymaid in the future!

Accurate description of items, well packaged with timely delivery, despite the length of the package. The kit contains everything needed (rope, cleat, pulleys, mounting hardware), and the frame itself is very robust. We replaced a 4 ring plastic knock off that had cracked, and are very pleased.
