Good service, bad waiting times
No problem dealing with Aftab who, after waiting 40 minutes to speak to someone, got the simple job done. I have given only 3 stars because it is their waiting time that let's them down badly. Waited 45 minutes yesterday just to do my change of address as their system would not allow me to do this simple task on line. Such a shame.

I having insurance with provident over 4 years always satisfied. Even waiting time for conection with operators dont matter, because their lovely and friendly attitude is more than professional. Today I've spoke with Dave he is very helpful with profesional attitude. Giving him 15 out of 10 😉

Pressured me to leave a review whilst on the phone
Kiran from customers services left me annoyed - after I called to cancel my policy as sold vehicle I was told to go to google and bring up trustpilot to write a revew and expected to click green stars. I felt pressured to do this so, now I'm leaving 3 star review as I should not be foreced to stay on the line and told to write a review.
I was actually happy with their service up to this point 5 stars. Shame I was pressured too much.

Had car insurance with this company now…
Had car insurance with this company now for a few years never had a problem.
Buying a new car and wasn't sure of the car insurance process to change over but Dave helped me step by step through it.
