Renewed my car insurance by phone. Took a long time to be connected (I seemed to be #1 in the queue for ages!), but once I got through, Dave was excellent. Friendly without being smarmy, helpful, understanding when I had to put him on hold for a minute or so. Very good service, well done Dave!

Can I just say what a refreshing (even old school by the country’s current standards) feeling it was in getting brilliant customer service! I moved and needed to change my address. I spoke to Kiran who was efficient, warm and polite. The admin charge was inevitable but not unduly high.

2 years on london unsafe street i had insurance , where window smashing was common and catalytic theft noraml.and now for 3rd year this company consider my manchester blackley area unsafe. Policy renewel denied. For 2 years 3000 paid i had 0 benefit from this company no claims at all.Its shameful and i will make sure to raise this issue with legal bodies we cant be robbed by these companies in broad day light and if they had to pay someone a litte in an area they black listed it. I cant shift to mars for zero crimes in the area. This is uk and you have to handle it as it is. Disgusting

Kiran was very helpful and I renewed my car insurance with no problem, I also opted for auto renewal next year. The price wasn’t the cheapest but the cheaper prices I could find were companies I have not heard off and I have had good service with provident insurance in the past.
