Dave from provident insurance was amazing and very kind and empathetic

I was very pleased with my experience renewing my Motor Insurance over the phone. A lovely lady named Bernadette put me at ease, altered my cover, sorted out payment and renewed cover. She was a pleasure to do business with, knowing her job inside out. Thank you Bernadette.

My voluntary excess was reduced by £500 thanks to fantastic customer service from Dave, who suggested putting in a lower amount than the one I had used the previous year. The premium stayed exactly the same!!

Wanted to change the date of my direct debit, after choosing the option i needed, my call was answered
on the 3rd ring, and i was talking with
Dave, within 5 minutes, he had had it all changed. He was very professional and couldn't of been more helpful, fella deserves a pay rise. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

Got straight through to Dave in a UK call centre who was very helpful, a shining example of customer support done right.

Unfortunately I was unable to renew my policy online, but this ultimately ended up being a positive experience.
I was assisted by a customer services representative called Dave, who was not only helpful and effective, quickly resolving the issue, but also an absolute pleasure to talk to. I may even end up asking him to fix my gate...everybody needs a Dave!

Because of a technical glitch I could not access my account online. I called the company, and Ms. Saymira was very efficient, professional and friendly in renewing my car insurance.

Had to call Provident to sort a vehicle change which could not be fully completed online.
Spoke to Dave and he was very professional and at same time friendly. Dave offered me the help I need and resolved my inquire. Thank you Dave for your excellent customer service.

Excellent customer support from Lynn, who covered my query and helped resolve my update issues and more, treating me with respect and actively listening throughout. Lynn provided a follow-up call and left me clear messages when not there, ensuring I didn't lose out on anything relating my cover or the service, ending up saving me money. Finances aside I appreciated the fact that I was dealt with by an experienced person who knows how to take the time to deal with me as a human being.
