Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Chaotic service

The doors were booked to arrive on Saturday, they then without consultation changed the booking to the next Tuesday. I had rearranged 2 appointments in Exeter on Saturday so this caused me problems & I only found out they weren't arriving when I chased up the arrival slot which I hadn't had. The Tuesday booking was then moved to Wednesday with no explanation as to why. The seller who provided the doors had an original day to get them ready for only to find to receive an email that they wanted to change the pickup slot which he couldn't accommodate. Make of this what you will - I would not use this company again. The man and woman who delivered the doors were great, the only saving grace.

Very freindly and efficient serviceal…

Company kept me updated in a personal and friendly way right from the start . Delivery time 3 hour slot( not all day like some ) were early and rang to confirm I was in. The two boys(men) carried the item upstairs for me. Very friendly and efficient.

Do not use this firm

Do not use this firm, I have lost a week simply trying to get quotes from them. I have used them in the past and it was a good service, I can only assume they have changed hands or are under new management.
