Lifeless Flowers

The flowers arrived at the scheduled time however did not meet expectation. This is the second time I ordered flowers from here and the quality was poor. The flowers looked like they were dull, dead, and dry. My mom received them because I sent them to her, but told me later in-person that I should have saved my money on the lifeless flowers. Now, I will not make this mistake a third time.

Ordered the 35 roses

Ordered the 35 roses. No water tubes on end of each rose. These took 2or 3 days shipping so ends were dried out. Cut back about 6” and placed in vase. Sunday the leaves started to fall off stem and by Tuesday the roses were curling and dried out. This is the 2nd order (Mother’s Day) that not happy with the flowers. This was our 40th wedding anniversary and expected the roses to last longer than they did

Not the bouquet and arrived too soon

She didn't get the bouquet that I had picked out in the picture, it wasn't even close and it was delivered one day earlier

Dead On Arrival

Flowers were basically dead when they arrived. They were for my mom’s 89th birthday, so very disappointed. I will be reaching out to customer service

Thank you very much for the service

Thank you very much for the service. The flowers are beautiful but one thing the balloon that I ordered and I paid for it $5.99 it was not included. I was very upset with that.

I even asked the couple that I sent it to. They did not see any balloons that was embarrassing. I was kind of upset about that.

If you're looking for same day delivery…

If you're looking for same day delivery defer to your local florist than Proflowers. My order did not show up until after 6 p.m. at my place of business and the drivers were extremely unprofessional.

Perfect

I order from Proflowers almost exclusively and have never had a bad experience. I normally order for a local delivery as I would rather it be a more personal experience. This time is no different, the order was delivered on time and was amazing. I was able to find what I wanted as expected, and put a smile on my daughters face.

ProFlowers is a scam

ProFlowers is a scam. I purchased a Groupon to use for this company, and of course had to pay a bit more than the Groupon voucher value for the beautiful plant I was trying to send my aunt for her birthday. I received a notification that it had been delivered, so I called my aunt to see how she liked the plant. She didn't receive anything. I called the company 3 other times and they said they would "redeliver" them, I'm not sure how you redeliver something that was never delivered... My aunt never received the plant that I paid close to $100 for, but eventually received a small bouquet of wildflowers that looked like something a 5 year-old had picked for their mother. This was not worth $100, and definitely not worth all the frustration. I didn't get reimbursed for the full amount I had paid towards the flowers either. I will NEVER use this company again!

I ordered a planter vase for my mother…
Never got it.

I received the original package- but with a temporary plastic container- for the plant to rest in.
No vase/planter pot was sent.

I paid $175.00 just to be denied the product that i paid extra for.

So disappointing

I ordered 4 arrangements for mothers/grandmothers in our family over Mother's Day. Two were successfully received. One was wilted/dying and one was never received at all. When I complained, they offered to redeliver. The redelivery was never received either, 2 weeks later. Embarrassing.

Edit: additional information now requested from Proflowers - after four emails, the money was refunded for the flowers never delivered. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the sadness of the 80yo mother who didn’t receive anything on Mother’s Day. Buyer beware - while you may receive a refund after time wasted in back-and-forth, the actual goal was never achieved. Go elsewhere!
