It was the worst experience ever the…

It was the worst experience ever the flowers I ordered were not at all what they were supposed to look like they were not full, not at all any of the same flowers. Terrible will NEVER again spend $95 for flowers I could have made myself for $20. They were not willing to give more than $13.16 back which in my opinion is bullshit. Customer service was not helpful.

Delivered flowers not as pictured in online selection

flowers were a lot smaller once delivered. Did not match the volume or full design in the sample picture. For $80 was surprised how small the bouqet was that was delivered. Would not use again

Quality of Flowers

Flowers came in early before the requested time. The quality of the flowers were beautiful, especially the 2 smaller ones (Botamical Dream Bouquet Premium $70.00 /each). However, I expected the large vase Awestruck Luxury Bouquet - Premium $150.00 to be a bit more fuller and taller.

Customer Service was good too.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and they were delivered over a week late. I ordered 2 days before Mother's Day and made sure to select shipping that would guarantee delivery on Mother's Day. They kept sending emails about how "sorry they were" and gave a 10% refund, but this is frankly unacceptable.

Miniscule plant

I ordered an orchid for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The pot was 2.5" in diameter. I took a picture of it next to a tissue box and it was only slightly taller. I paid $72 including delivery and taxes. When I contacted, Proflowers, the company said they would refund me $15. When I expressed dissatisfaction, I got some AI generated response saying "You are quite welcome!" No one should ever order from them.

No delivery and no notification

Aside from ridiculous prices, they failed to deliver flowers for a loss in the family. I never received a notification but didn't think anything of it. Several days after the intended delivery date I contact them only to find out they never delivered my order. So if I did not reach out, I would have never known. They push the order through again and offer me a 20% refund. Oh jeez, thanks. I should have read the reviews before using their service. I will not return.

Catfished Flowers

I was highly disappointed with Proflowers, due to me ordering flowers that look the complete opposite of the flowers I had purchased online. The arrangement looked even smaller for what I paid for which was a deluxe. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to include, roses lilies, alstroemeria, stock, and eucalyptus. Roses were the only flower that was included in the arrangement, all the other flowers were completely different. I ordered the gentle gesture arrangement. It felt like I scammed. If I’m paying for a service, I would expect to receive what I pay for, but Proflowers did not fulfill that unfortunately. I would like a refund or a redelivery delivery, because of the money I paid.
