We hold stocks of plasterboard as well as plaster and render. Stocking InteX tools enables tradesmen to pick up any new equipment at the same time as they get the items they need for work.
We carry a large stock of stud & track. Large quantities can be shipped via our own transport
We stock façade profiles - including ventilation angles, strips as well as insect mesh.
Our online website offers next day delivery as standard (Tuffnells willing) and now with a trade counter we're open to the public for those times when next day isn't just quick enough.

Delivery arrived damaged in transit and returned. Received call next day with appologies for transit company and advised new order despatched that day received following morning in extra protective packing in good condition. The best companies are those that respond to problems quickly and efficiantly and Profile store met all requirement.

Your order was placed late morning on a Thursday, we packed and despatched it within an hour of receiving it. Tuffnells, our courier unfortunately didn't deliver it until Monday - not Friday as we both expected. As Tuffnells do not work at weekends - they would class the delivery as a day late. With the current global pandemic and lack of delivery drivers some deliveries are being held up and yours was one of them - which we do apologise for.
You mentioned that there was no communication, you didn't contact us either by phone or email to voice a concern before writing your review, so we were unable to help you in any way. We were totally unaware of any problems you may have been experiencing.
We try our best for all our customers and in some instances, like yours, we are only as good as the courier we use. In this case they let us both down. We do feel that a one star review may have been a little harsh but accept that Tuffnells are struggling and are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced because of this.
