The actual delivery process is efficient and excellent. However the new necessity to order online is a real pain. I spent 45 mins trying to make an order online and eventually was allowed to pay over the phone as I had done on 2 previous occasions. Please let local people order over the phone, it is so much quicker and much more efficient as staff know the delivery schedule also. Thank you.
