I bought a blue Priority Bruiser belt drive bike. I was a bike messenger downtown Chicago for 8 and 1/2 years. I have rode Just about every brand of '80s and '90s mountain bikes on my job. I put thousands of miles on some of those bikes downtown Chicago. I've had Trek, specialized, Cannondale, Raleigh, Giant. All I can say is after trying a pinion gear with a belt drive I don't ever, ever want to see a derailleur again. Smoothest nicest ride I've ever had. If you don't own a priority bike give one a try you won't regret it.

Bike arrived when you said it would. Package was not damaged and the bike was well protected. It was easy to put together, and it is such a nice, well-built bike! Lighter than I realized and the belt drive is awesome! We will be ordering another one soon!

Love their bikes! Great quality. My only complaint - is they don’t carry any extra hardware. So if you lose a nut, or half moon for your dropout- you can’t get another. I also wish they had touch up paint or at least a paint number so you could order your own.

I had a part break on a 5 year old bike and they not only stocked the part but had upgraded the part to make it more robust!

Attentiveness and fast action.

Our road bikes (wife & mine) are great, but not suited for quick neighborhood jaunts. We purchased two L Trains for that purpose. The 7 speed internal hub, brakes, belt drive and handling on these bikes is very satisfying.
Of note: I wasn’t completely satisfied with the gearing on mine…too high. I spoke with tech guys and the answer was a slightly bigger rear cog ($90😡) Now all 7 speeds are right in the perfect zone for my use. The advice made the whole experience positive.
Wife says she won’t miss the grease marks on her right calf that is virtually impossible to avoid on her road bike. No chain, no grease.

The quality of my Current Plus is outstanding! It’s truly the best bike I’ve ever ridden. The Gates belt drive and Enviolo gearing system takes the bike to a whole new level. The electrical features and ease of use are unmatched in comparably priced bikes. All the qualities give me great confidence when riding the bike.

Beautiful, high quality construction, even though of Chinese origin. No complaints.
However no lubrication in the pedal crank tube structure area which was discovered and properly lubed by local bicycle mechanic during overall checkout, after my initial assembly process.

Arrived in a timely manner, packaged securely. Assembly was quick and painless following their instructions on YouTube. Can't vie for the bike's long-term durability yet, but it's a great piece of kit for the money.

I'll never go back to a chain power train again. It's so simple. It's so smooth. It's so free of all the chain complications. You are not worried about constant cleaning, lubricating and breakdowns. Just get on and ride and leave the wrenchers behind.

Priority makes great bikes. I ride my Eight almost every day. Their shipping is fast and they have great customer service. If you need a bike, get a Priority.

Great quality baskets. Sturdier and larger than those on Amazon. I highly recommend them. We bought two and I have enjoyed using them. I was concerned the weight may affect the handling; but there was no problem.

Priority has always been there to support me anytime I had a question. They have provided spare parts, (tires) and have been there to support me with any technical assistance.
I have (2) E-Coast bikes, one has more than 10,000 miles on it.
The support the company provides is amazing, I am a “Forever” customer.

i bought this sight unseen but the reviews were stellar so o took the chance. so happy i did. 80 miles in so far and i can see this as my forever bike. easy to assemble, the ride is soooooo smooth, the quality is top notch and the support is personable and knowledgeable. right on priority
